MTO Survey

A few years ago, MTO did a survey to determine whether subscribers were prepared and willing to move to a Web-only publication. Because the Web has become the dominant and preferred method of accessing information on the Internet, we would like to conduct a second survey to see where subscribers now stand on making MTO a Web-only publication, which would mean eliminating plain-text (ASCII) versions of all items and decommissioning mto-serv, our email delivery mechanism.

Please take a moment to fill out the form below. Click on the Submit button when finished. Survey results will be published in a future issue of the journal.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation!
