Institution: The University of Texas at Arlington Position: Chair, Department of Music / Professor Job Description/Responsibilities: The Chair of the Department of Music reports to the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, budget, personnel management, fundraising and grant writing, community service and outreach, scholarly or creative work, and a limited amount of teaching, according to the area of expertise. Salary Range: Negotiable; commensurate with education and experience.
