Institution: Trinity College, Department of Music Position: Assistant Professor of Music, Composer General Information: Full-time, tenure-track, commencing 2009-2010 academic year Qualifications: Ph.D. or DMA required. College-level teaching experience and proficiency with MIDI and digital music applications in creative and teaching settings preferred. Job Description/Responsibilities: Undergraduate teaching responsibilities include courses in composition and the department's core courses in music theory. Teaching load is 2/2 for the first two years with a one-semester leave every fourth year. Start-up expense fund. Salary Range: Competitive salary and benefits.
