Institution: Lawrence University Position: Visiting faculty position in music theory. Rank dependent upon qualifications and experience. General Information: Full-time appointment for academic year 2015-16 with the possibility of renewal. Begins September 1, 2015. Qualifications: Ph.D. or ABD in music theory. Demonstrated excellence in both theory and aural skills pedagogy. Record of, or potential for, significant scholarly contributions in the field of music theory. Job Description/Responsibilities: Teach first-year and second-year music theory and aural skills to conservatory undergraduates. Salary Range: Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience.
