Institution: Eastman School of Music, University of Rochester Position: Assistant Professor, tenure-track (x2) General Information: The Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester invites applications for two full-time, tenure-track positions (Assistant Professor) in Music Theory to begin in the Fall of 2017. Qualifications: Applicants should have a completed Ph.D. in music theory. Job Description/Responsibilities: Applicants should be prepared to (a) teach at all levels of the undergraduate and graduate curricula (including analysis, model composition, and aural skills); (b) pursue an active research agenda; and (c) direct graduate research projects, including Ph.D. dissertations. Applicants in all research areas are encouraged to apply. Salary Range: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
