The ideal candidate will be an innovative and engaging theory pedagogue with demonstrated success in one or more of the areas listed above, and the desire to work in a highly collaborative environment. Job Description/Responsibilities: Teach in the Music Theory sequence and oversee the undergraduate and graduate Theory curriculum. Maintain a creative/research agenda and active engagement in recruiting and service activities. Other duties and teaching will be assigned according to departmental needs, and will be selected from: Applied Music, Composition, Accompanying/Keyboard, and Jazz Studies, or other assignments according to the experience and expertise of the successful candidate.
